Tommy had a good day at school! He is actually spending time in other classes and mingling with his peers. I am beyond excited and hopeful for Tommy’s future.

Tommy is a little wired but generally in good spirits. His grandfather picked him up at 5:30 for the evening.

Tommy woke in good spirits and seemed to be energetic.

He had breakfast and seemed to be ready to get dressed but took an extra effort to lie down in his bed when I got home. Reading too much into him? Perhaps. But it really looked like a cry for more “negative attention.”

Dad reports:
When I woke Tommy to give him is meds at 6:45 he was so tired that he put his empty hand to his mouth. I bet he’s still in bed when I return from carpooling.

Dad reports this morning:
I think Tommy could be up. If he is, he is lying exceptionally still when I stand in his doorway and stare. The lying exceptionally still and quiet is usually a tell on him because when he’s asleep he grinds his teeth, sometimes talks to himself, and has small movements; but not always. The reason I think he could be up is that when I was going up stairs to get wood for the fire I heard his bed pop as it does when he’s messing around in the evenings and hears me coming up the stairs.

I hope he is sleeping. He’s a bear and a half when he has missed a nights sleep.
