Dad reports this morning:
Tommy woke this morning and took his medicine without argument at 6:10. At 6:50 he growled and refused to get out of bed. At 7:09 I said “the bus will be here in a minute” and he shot from bed hysterical. He had a tantrum because “I have no socks.” I helped him find some and later found that he had socks with the clothes that Mom had laid out for him.
Tommy left the house screaming at me. He declared “I want to scream at the bus supervisor.” He entered his bus and screamed at the bus driver. He got to school and screamed at a male teacher for 20 minutes and was removed from 3rd block because of screaming.
We took him to his doctor at 2 and he held it together for the most part. Increased the mood stablizer and added an antidepressant.
The afternoon he stayed in his bed and read.
