Hello, my name is Venesa. I have a 14 yr old son who has Aspergers. He is in the 8th grade. I to have had iep meetings, however, I'm not sure they do us any good. I really don't think I know everything that he could be offered in school. His work is supposed to be modified yet he still makes F's on his report cards. Do you have any words of wisdom for us.

Another thing he will be going to highschool next year and We have not told him about the Aspergers yet. But I'm trying to find a way to tell him real soon. Any tips there would be greatly appriciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please respond if you have time. Thanks
